If I highlight a file in the cloud I can see the download icon and it works fine, but if I highlight a folder the download icon is greyed-out. · Click and hold the download button in the upper corner of the window. The files you keep safe in iCloud Drive are easy to get to, no matter which device you're using. You can access all your files from the Files app on iOS, the Finder on your Mac, File Explorer for Windows PCs, or bltadwin.ru Organize files however you want. Get to them on any device you want. To download a file from iCloud Drive, either open the file or click the download button next to its name. When you download a folder, everything in that folder also downloads. Download photos and videos from iCloud Photos. In Photos, double-click the photo or video to view it individually. Before doing that, make sure to download all photos and videos from iCloud to your computer or external storage devices. You can also delete files stored in iCloud Drive to free up iCloud storage space. Choose Settings Apple ID iCloud Manage Storage iCloud Drive. You will see all the files stored in iCloud Drive.

They say it could take a few days to receive the link. However, in my experience, it only takes a day. Drag files from either your desktop or a folder window on your computer to the iCloud Drive window. You can also drag your files to a folder icon in the iCloud Drive window. If you drag to a folder icon, it's highlighted to confirm that the item you're dragging goes into the folder. Click the iCloud Drive upload button in the iCloud Drive toolbar.
